By entering your email on WhisperIPO ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or join the waitlist.
2. Nature of Service (Pre-Launch)
WhisperIPO is currently in a "Beta" or "Waitlist" phase. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a contract for service, nor does it guarantee future access to any software. The service is provided "as is" for interest-gauging purposes.
3. Financial Disclaimer (Non-Advisory)
WhisperIPO is a data aggregation and sentiment analysis tool. We are not a financial advisor, credit institution, or investment firm as defined by the Portuguese Securities Code (Código dos Valores Mobiliários).
Any "Hype Scores" or "Sentiment Alerts" are generated by automated algorithms processing third-party public data (e.g., Reddit, SEC). These do not constitute personalized investment recommendations or a "call to action."
Trading in IPOs and securities involves the risk of total capital loss. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
4. Use of Content
All logos, designs, and automated sentiment "whispers" are the intellectual property of WhisperIPO. You may not scrape this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
